On October the 8th 2009, MGA welcomed the new team to the Dulwich head office from Portfolio Planning Insurance Brokers.

The purchase was completed in late in 2009. Managing Director Allan Amber stated "the aquisition brings a reputable brokerage and three very experienced brokers to our group. David, Phil and Peter are complemented by an excellent support team and we look forward to working with them".

Portfolio Planning Insurance Brokers were previously on Greenhill Road in Wayville. The business was a member of the IBNA Network and continue to enjoy access to AIMS products through MGA's  shareholder, Austrbroker Holdings Limited.
