MGA PHONE SYSTEM MOVES INTO THE FUTURE




In conjunction with Telstra, MGA's IT department recently 
completed the roll out a new networked phone system to
23 branches Nationwide.

The new system is based on VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol)
technology, allows users to communicate more easily amongst
offices with increased functionality. 

The VOIP system utilises MGA's existing data lines for voice
communications, reducing the overall cost of calls to the business. 

In addition to this, the system is centrally managed in the IT area
so, in the case of a catastrophe or emergency, MGA can mobilise
immediately to provide the required back-up or support in affected
areas. 

This increased flexibility now allow MGA offices to transfer calls 
through to another branch and our head office reception area can
now seemlessly transfer calls anywhere at the "click" of a mouse.

MGA has selected Polycom handsets (pictured above) on the basis
of their superior sound quality, ease of use and reliability.
