Congratulations on the purchase of your new property.
The MGA covernote system provides purchasers of property a simple way to place interim insurance cover on newly purchased properties.
Please follow the steps below:

Ensure that you have read and considered the Product Disclosure Statement to determine if this product suits your needs.

Complete either the application or proposal form and fax to MGA on 1300 792 166 or e-mail to covernote@mga.com.
A few important things to know:

Interim cover is conditional upon the property being purchased within 24-hours of your application being received by MGA Insurance Brokers either by facsimilie or e-mail.

Interim cover applies to building insurance only - cover is not applicable to any non-fixed items or contents. Contents cover may be arranged at a later date by contacting our office.

Cover is placed through Millennium Underwriting Agencies Pty Ltd ABN 38 079 194 095 as agent for Lumley General (Wesfarmers Insurance Limited, ABN 24 000 036 279)

The system is open to properties purchased in South Australia only.
