Provision of both Professional Indemnity and Public Liabilityinsurance with limits ranging from:
 

• PI for Agencies: $1m to $20m
• Liability for Agencies: $10m or $20m 
• PI for Individuals: $1m to $10m
• Liability for Individuals: $20m 
   

Contracted staff will need to take out their own individual policy as they are not (generally) automatically covered under the Agency policy.  

Whilst midwifery is excluded from the standard cover, this policy can be extended to include these activities for an agency, subject to an additional premium. A limited “write-back” cover can provide cover for midwifery activities other than the actual birth itself. 
Some benefits applying to this policy include:  Continuous cover clause, Inquiry costs 200,000,  Vicarious Liability for the acts of subcontractors and consultants plus a Good Samaritan’s clause has also been included for rendering or failing to administer emergency first aid or assistance in public.   Run-Off cover is also available for both Agencies and Individuals.
