The MGA Whittles group had quietly achieved a rare feat in business: the synchronisation of culture and systems. Upon this foundation, MGA underwent phenomenal growth under Pauls stewardship, from twenty offices in 2010 to forty by 2016. Similarly, Whittles and Millennium continued on upward trajectories.
