Empowering Communities: Supporting the Sisters of the Saddle Charity Ride

Making a difference in the lives of young people is at the core of what we do at MGA Insurance Group. Recently, 40 incredible women participated in the Sisters of the Saddle 3-day charity ride, conquering 350km of tough terrain. Sponsored in part by Kelly Commins and MGA, this inspiring event raised over $330,000 to support TRACTION for Young People and Zephyr Education Inc., two organisations committed to helping vulnerable youth.

A Challenge of Determination and Heart

The 3-day event was more than just a cycling challenge—it was a testament to determination, teamwork, and resilience. With steep climbs, long days, and scorching weather, the riders banded together to achieve their goal, proving the power of community and shared purpose.

Making a Real Impact

The funds raised from this inspiring event will provide essential support to:

  • TRACTION for Young People: Offering hands-on mentoring, education, and skill-building programs that empower vulnerable youth to reconnect with learning and their community.
  • Zephyr Education Inc.: Helping children affected by domestic violence return to school with essential supplies and support, giving them the confidence to succeed.
