Launching the MGA Insurance Academy

Launching the MGA Insurance Academy

MGA Insurance Group has officially launched an exciting new initiative – the MGA Insurance Academy. This program marks the beginning of a significant investment in the professional growth and capability of our brokers nationwide.

Working in collaboration with Insurance Training Australia, the Academy has just completed its very first interactive training module. Unlike traditional in-person delivery, this session was held online to connect brokers from across the country. The format provided opportunities for group discussions, breakout sessions, and scenario-based learning, all of which generated fantastic energy, engagement, and curiosity among participants.

The MGA Insurance Academy is designed to go beyond theory, focusing instead on real-world application. Each module will combine interactive learning pathways with practical scenarios that reflect the challenges our brokers face every day. The goal is to strengthen knowledge, enhance client service, and ensure that every MGA broker continues to deliver the high standard of advice and support our clients rely on.

This is just the beginning. With more modules scheduled in the weeks and months ahead, the Academy will continue to evolve into a powerful platform for broker development. By investing in our people, we are investing in the future of MGA Insurance Group and the clients we proudly stand by.

Stay tuned as we share more updates on this exciting journey and celebrate the achievements of our brokers as they progress through the program.
